This mall with an outlet layout (large, separate stores) draws folks down from Washington who want to shop sales tax-free in Oregon. Portland visitors can also take advantage. The stores sell electronics, home, books, clothes, sporting goods, toys, cards and more. The endless parking lot is a bit strange, but you can still walk from store to store. Just look out for the Washington drivers and their big trucks! Do check the website for hours of operation.
