Named after a once powerful Hakka-dominated secret society, this new bar is re-charting a golden age of nocturnal pursuits with pretty waitresses and an unconventional setting. The address used to be a derelict temple, saved in time by the operators from yet another tasteless enterprise. The expanse of the main hall—complete with awesome beams and exposed roof tiles overhead, houses a rectangular bar, dance floor and deejay console. Dining and games rooms are at the back. Food is mainly Italian fare. Happy Hours are from 6pm-9pm. A decent selection of wines and cigars is listed.
