Fully organic, the restaurant lends support to local farms, thus ensuring that their ingredients are always fresh and healthy. Vietnamese cuisine rules the roost here. Try the traditional noodle soup followed by tofu with scallions, the chicken baguette sandwich with Asian veggies, or the caramelized ginger chicken—unlike other restaurants that soak all their dishes in a dubious fish sauce, this one retains the natural flavors.
