This prestigious restaurant located inside the Royal Sonesta Hotel serves a delicious continental blend of French-Creole fare. Arched windows afford views of a large courtyard that overflows with greenery and flowers. Baked oysters are presented on the half shell under a sauce made with leeks and Parmesan cheese. Salmon is nestled under a light phyllo crust while grilled pork chops and shrimp are served in a spicy tomato sauce.
