119 Merrimac has been in business for 25 years. It is located on a back street in the North Station area near the Fleet Center and attracts predominantly gay men. There is no sign outside, only an address on an awning. The decor is on the dark side with wooden paneling and plush seating. There are also pool tables. The club has DJs spinning discs after 9 p.m. nightly and there is also live entertainment on some nights.
